How to add an email account in Microsoft Outlook
 
Follow steps 1-7 to create a new POP3 email account for your website. The example of john.smith@yourdomain.com.au is used to illustrate the process.
 
Using Microsoft Outlook
1. On the menu bar at the top, click on the Tools > E-mail Accounts.

2. Click on Add a new e-mail account.

3. Next screen will ask for the server type, click on POP3

4. After entering all the information, click on Test Account Settings.

5. This will test that your account settings work. If you get an error, check that all information has been entered correctly.

6. Once you have tested your account settings, click next.

7. You have now successfully created your email account.
