Follow steps 1-5 to create a new POP3 email account for your website. The example of john.smith@yourdomain.com.au is used to illustrate the proces.

Using Apple Mail:

1. From the Mail menu, select Preferences.

2. Select the Accounts tab, and click the plus sign(+) at the bottom of the Accounts box.

3. In the Account Information screen, select POP from the Account Type list, and enter your information as follows:

Description
Enter the name you would like to give the account.

Email Address
Enter the email address you are setting up

Full Name
Enter your name.

Incoming mail server (POP3)
Your incoming server as supplied by Web4site

User Name
Enter your username as supplied by Web4site

Password
Enter the password as supplied by Web4site

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

Select Add Server from the list.

4. When the SMTP Server Options window displays, type in your Internet Service Providers SMTP details.

5. Click OK
